As a therapist, I have a deep commitment to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through meaningful, lasting change. My greatest focus in therapy is creating a completely judgment-free space where children, young adults, and parents feel safe discussing any concern no matter how personal, complex, or severe. I believe that when individuals feel truly heard and understood, we can develop the most effective and individualized interventions to promote growth and healing.I strongly believe that family involvement is vital to long-term success. I approach my work from a collaborative perspective, recognizing that parents, caregivers, and clients each bring valuable insight into a child’s strengths and challenges. I am intentional about hearing all perspectives and working together to create practical, realistic strategies that can be implemented across home, school, and community settings.I pride myself on being open-minded, welcoming, and culturally responsive to all individuals, family structures, socio-economic backgrounds, and lived experiences. Building genuine connection with both parents and clients is my highest priority, as I believe trust and rapport are the foundation of meaningful progress. My goal is to ensure every family I work with feels respected, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
Therapy is a great tool on the journey of self-discovery, empowering you to embrace your true and authentic self. By focusing on your unique strengths as an individual, we will build the confidence and resilience needed to venture beyond your comfort zone.
