Mental Health therapy is a unique experience that is different for every individual. At B Well Counseling Center, we want you to know that you are in control of how you approach your journey.

During the free 15-minute consult, you will learn more about the therapist's counseling style, find answers to any questions you may have, and see if a connection can be established. If you decide the therapist is a good fit for your needs, you may move forward with scheduling your first Individual Therapy session. Sessions can be scheduled based on your needs and availability and can be stopped, paused, or adjusted at any time.

During your session, you are in charge of what you talk about and we will always respect how you process emotions.

How long do I need to come to therapy for it to start working?
Many people start noticing small shifts within the first few sessions, especially once you feel understood and you leave with a clearer plan. More meaningful change often builds over 8–12 sessions, though the timeline depends on your goals, what you’re working through, and how consistently you’re able to practice new skills between sessions.

You’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, what you want to change, and your history. You’ll also discuss goals and a plan moving forward.
