YOU deserve love, YOU deserve to be your truest self, and YOU deserve to be accepted and celebrated.
Members of the LGBTQ+ community often face higher rates of trauma due to societal stigma, discrimination, and rejection. These experiences can exacerbate existing mental health conditions and create barriers to seeking help.
At B Well Counseling Center, we wholeheartedly support and affirm your gender identity and sexual orientation. It is essential to us that we provide you with a safe space to explore yourself and your relationships. We value inclusivity and empathy and utilize evidence-based treatments in individual, family, couples, and group counseling.
Connecting with peers who share similar experiences can be incredibly validating and empowering. Individuals engaged in identity-related communities show more self-confidence and ability to handle stress.
That is why we offer an LGBTQ+ support group for middle and high schoolers as well as parent coaching and support groups.
