What are your rates?
Our ultimate goal is to match you as the client with our best fit therapist for your needs. Sometimes this is based on the topic that brings you to therapy and for others it can be financial. Prices range from $75 to $265 per 50 minute session.

We accept all major credit cards and HSA cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so with 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged the full fee.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. However, if you would like to access your out of network benefits, we can provide you with a Statement for Reimbursement form (also called a Superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Please contact your insurance provider to make sure your policy includes out of network mental health providers and counseling services.
Do you offer a Good Faith Esitmate?
As of January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost under the No Surprises Act.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Below you will find our session rates and estimates of cost to best assist you.

When becoming a client with us, you will receive an estimate unique to your clinician’s rate. Below you will find an example of a $225 clinician’s rate.

Example of Individual Therapy Cost
- Cost for first meeting/ Initial Intake (60 minutes): $270
- Cost per session / Therapy (50 minutes): $225
- Estimate for 4-5 sessions monthly for weekly sessions: $900-$1,125
- Estimate for 2-3 sessions monthly for biweekly sessions: $450-$675
What is the Privacy Act?
CMS is authorized to collect the information on this form and any supporting documentation under section 2799B-7 of the Public Health ServiceAct, as added by section 112 of the No Surprises Act, title I of Division BB of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Pub. L. 116-260). We need the information on the form to process your request to initiate a payment dispute, verify the eligibility of your dispute for the PPDR process, and to determine whether any conflict of interest exists with the independent dispute resolution entity selected to decide your dispute. The information may also be used to:(1) support a decision on your dispute; (2) support the ongoing operation and oversight of the PPDR program; (3) evaluate selected IDR entity’s compliance with program rules. Providing the requested information is voluntary. But failing to provide it may delay or prevent processing of your dispute, or it could cause your dispute to be decided in favor of the provider or facility.
